University Plaza Waterfront Hotel Stockton

Immaculately clean hotel, useful personnel, freshly prepared breakfast. The room was extremely pleasant and very affordable, I loved to be there. The bed was comfy and I had a large balcony. The pool was very clean and the views were stunning!

The bed was large, so we had a special stay. Everything was modern from the superb service to the fantastic food. The view from our room was spectacular. Beach bar was refurbished and reasonably priced.

I liked this modernized hotel, especially warm rooms and best possible location. Breakfast was savoury, bacon, eggs, hot waffles and pastries - all reasonably priced. Motivated staff worked here and was willing to help. Heated pool, excellent views. The beach near the property was nice.

Strategic location, good value. Absolutely perfect rooms and a gorgeous breakfast, amazing base for visiting Stockton. I liked the room, the bed was fine. Pool was well-maintained. Furthermore, parking nearby was a bonus. The restaurant was affordable, and stuff sweet.

The bathroom was terrible.

Quaint little hotel with beautiful location and functional rooms. Particularly nice view, a big balcony, perfect bed, too. The staff were all so incredibly welcoming and the American breakfast was nice. Public beach near the place. Amazing pool too.

all good - we loved our stay - food was awesome and best staff. the beach was clean and near the hotel. it is set in a lovely area. good bed, luxurious bathroom and climate control, super fast internet and so much space in the room. the pool onsite was excellent.

The staff are friendly and the rooms are air-conditioned. The little french hotel had a central setting. Really loved that they had onsite restaurant Delta Bistro and Lounge, no need to go somewhere else.

Appreciated the place, PLEASANT stay. It was worth its 3 stars.

The convenience of getting to Pixie Woods and being in front of stockton arena. It was definitely 3 stars for us.

Stockton arena and many other tourist places were near to the hotel. The entire experience was great. A few steps away from the restaurant Cold Stone Creamery
